7075 is used to manufacture aircraft structures  futures, which require high-strength structural parts  molds with high strength  strong corrosion resistance. It is mainly zinc, but sometimes a small amount of magnesium  copper are added. Among them, super-hard aluminum alloys contain zinc, lead, magnesium  copper alloys close to the hardness of steel. The extrusion speed is slower than the 6 series alloy,  the welding performance is good. 7005  7075 are the highest grades in the 7 series  can be strengthened by heat treatment.

【Surface treatment】 spray 120# fine sand, golden hard anodized

Surface sandblasting process ①: degreasing treatment. Wipe with absorbent cotton dampened with solvent. After removing the oil stains, wipe it several times with a clean cotton cloth. Commonly used solvents are: trichloroethylene, ethyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone  gasoline.

Surface sandblasting process ②: Chemical treatment in the following solution after degreasing: phosphoric acid 7.5 chromium oxide 7.5 alcohol 5.0 formaldehyde (36-38%) 80 soak at 15-30°C for 10-15min, then at 60-80°C Rinse under water  dry.

Surface sandblasting process ③: chemical treatment in the following solution after degreasing: ammonium bifluoride 3-3.5 chromium oxide 20-26 sodium phosphate 2-2.5 concentrated sulfuric acid 50-60 boric acid 0.4-0.6 water 1000 immersion at 25-40°C 4.5-6min, that is, wash  dry. The bonding strength of this method is relatively high,  it will be bonded within 4 hours after treatment,  it is suitable for epoxy bonding  epoxy-nitrile bonding.

【Benefits after treatment】 After surface treatment, it is more corrosion resistant  the appearance effect is better.

1. The sandblasting process removes the oxide scale on the surface of castings  forgings after Eastern heat treatment.

2. Improve the surface roughness of parts to improve the adhesion of painting  other coatings.

3. Make the parts in a matte state with diffuse reflection.

4. Wet blasting the cutting tools to improve their service life.
