General Technical Requirements For Parts Processing

CNC Machining Heat Treatment Requirements

1. After Quenching Tempering Treatment, High Frequency Quenching 50~55HRC.

2. The Parts Are Subjected To High Frequency Quenching, Tempering At 350-370℃, 40-45HRC.

3. Carburizing Depth 0.3mm.

4. Perform High Temperature Aging Treatment.

1. Uninscribed Shape Tolerances Shall Comply With The Requirements Of GB1184-80.

2. The Allowable Deviation Of Unmarked Length Dimensions Is ±0.5mm.

Requirements For Machining Assembly Of Mechanical Parts

1. Each Seal Must Be Soaked In Oil Before Assembly.

2. When Assembling Rolling Bearings, Hot-Loading By Oil Heating Is Allowed, But The Oil Temperature Shall Exceed 100℃.

3. After The Gears Are Assembled, The Contact Spots Side Clearance Of The Tooth Surfaces Shall Comply With The Requirements Of GB10095 GB11365.

4. When Assembling The Hydraulic System, It Is Permitted To Use Sealing Packing Sealant, But They Should Be Prevented Entering The System.

5. All Parts Components (Including Purchased Parts Outsourced Parts) That Enter Assembly Must Have A Certificate Of Conformity Issued By The Inspection Department Before They Can Be Assembled.

6. Parts Must Be Cleaned Washed Before Assembly, Must Be Free Of Burrs, Flash, Oxide Scale, Rust, Chips, Oil, Colorant Dust.

7. Before Assembly, The Main Matching Dimensions Of Parts Components, Especially The Interference Fit Dimensions Related Accuracy Should Be Reviewed.

9. When Tightening Screws, Bolts Nuts, It Is Strictly Forbidden To Hit Use Inappropriate Screwdrivers Wrenches. After Tightening, The Screw Slots, Nuts Screw Bolt Heads Must Be Damaged.

10. Fasteners With Specified Tightening Torque Requirements Must Be Tightened Using A Torque Wrench According To The Specified Tightening Torque.


11. When The Same Part Is Fastened With Multiple Screws (Bolts), Each Screw (Bolt) Must Be Tightened Crosswise, Symmetrically, Step By Step, Evenly.

12. When Assembling The Tapered Pin, The Hole Should Be Checked For Color. The Contact Rate Should Be Less Than 60% Of The Fitting Length Should Be Evenly Distributed.

13. The Flat Key Should Be In Even Contact With Both Sides Of The Keyway On The Shaft, There Should Be No Gap Between The Mating Surfaces.

14. The Number Of Tooth Surfaces In Contact At The Same Time In The Spline Assembly Shall Be Less Than 2/3, The Contact Rate In The Length Height Directions Of The Spline Teeth Shall Be Less Than 50%.

15. After The Sliding-Fit Flat Key ( Spline) Is Assembled, The Matching Parts Can Move Freely Without Any Uneven Tightness.

16. After Bonding, Any Excess Adhesive Should Be Cleaned Off.

17. The Outer Ring Of The Bearing Must Get Stuck With The Semicircular Holes Of The Open Bearing Seat The Bearing Cover.

18. The Outer Ring Of The Bearing Should Be In Good Contact With The Semicircular Holes Of The Open Bearing Seat The Bearing Cover. When Checking With A Paint, It Should Be In Even Contact With The Bearing Seat Within A Range Of 120° Symmetrical To The Center Line With The Bearing Cover Within A Range Of 90° Symmetrical To The Center Line. When Checking With A Feeler Gauge Within The Above Range, A 0.03mm Feeler Gauge Should Be Inserted Into 1/3 Of The Outer Ring Width.

19. After The Bearing Outer Ring Is Assembled, It Should Be In Even Contact With The End Face Of The Locating End Bearing Cover.

20. After The Rolling Bearing Is Installed, It Should Be Flexible Smooth When Turned By Hand.

21. The Joint Surfaces Of The Upper Lower Bearings Should Fit Tightly Together Can Be Checked With A 0.05mm Feeler Gauge.

22. When Fixing The Bearing With A Locating Pin, The Bearing Mouth End Face Should Be Drilled Pinned While Ensuring That The Opening Closing Surface End Face Of The Relevant Bearing Hole Are Flush. The Pin Must Loosen After Being Driven In.

23. The Bearing Body Bearing Seat Of The Spherical Bearing Should Be In Uniform Contact. When Checked By The Color Coating Method, The Contact Should Be Less Than 70%.

24. Alloy Bearings With Yellow Lining Surfaces Are Allowed To Be Used. There Is No Nucleation Phenomenon Within The Specified Contact Angle, The Nucleation Area Outside The Contact Angle Shall Be Greater Than 10% Of The Total Non-Contact Area.

25. The Reference End Face Of The Gear (Worm Gear) Should Fit The Shaft Shoulder ( The End Face Of The Locating Sleeve) Check With A 0.05mm Feeler Gauge To Make Sure It Does Penetrate. 26. The Joint Surface Between The Gear Box The Cover Should Be In Good Contact.
