2. Gearbox Technical Analysis

The Main Plane Of The Box Is The Assembly Reference, Is Often The Positioning Reference During CNC Processing , So It Should Have A High Flatness A Small Surface Roughness Value, Otherwise It Will Directly Affect The Positioning Accuracy During Box Processing, Affect The Contact Stiffness Mutual Position Accuracy Of The Box The Box Cover During Assembly. The Size Accuracy, Shape Accuracy Surface Roughness Of The Bearing Support Hole On The Box Itself Are Required To Be High, Otherwise It Will Affect The Matching Accuracy Of The Bearing The Box Hole, Reduce The Rotation Accuracy Of The Shaft, Also Cause Vibration Noise In The Transmission Parts (Such As Gears).
