(3) The Motor Performance Parameters Do Meet The Requirements Due To The Non-Compliance Of The Rotor Outer Diameter. For Asynchronous Motor Products, The Air Gap Between The Stator The Rotor Directly Affects The Current Loss Of The Motor. When The Outer Diameter Of The Rotor Core Is Too Small, The Motor Air Gap Will Be Larger Than The Designed Value, Resulting In A Decrease In The Stator Harmonic Leakage Reactance The Rotor Harmonic Leakage Reactance, The Total Leakage Reactance Of The Motor Will Decrease Accordingly, Thus Increasing The Starting Current. At The Same Time, It Also Leads To An Increase In The Air Gap Magnetomotive Force No-Load Current, A Decrease In The Power Factor, An Increase In The Stator Current Stator Copper Loss, A Decrease In Power, An Increase In Temperature Rise.
