The upper limb joint U-shaped bracket is the core load-bearing transmission component of the robot shoulder, elbow other key activity nodes, its structure design directly affects the flexibility of upper limb movements, load-bearing capacity operational stability. Integrated functional design

Standard motor mounting flanges are reserved at both ends of the frame, compatible with the interface of 57-110 series servo motors; an inner groove is integrated as a cable management channel to avoid entanglement of cables during motion; stress relief holes are set at the bottom to maintain elastic deformation within 0.1mm when subjected to 1.5 times the rated load, ensuring both structural strength buffer protection.

Extreme environment adaptability

The surface is treated with multi-arc ion plating titanium, forming a wear-resistant corrosion-resistant layer of 5μm thickness, which is rust-free after 480 hours of salt spray test; within the low temperature of -40℃ to high temperature of 80℃, the dimensional stability error is less than 0.001mm/℃, it can be used for a long time in complex environments such as humid workshops outdoor operations.
