Material multi-adaptation, performance precise matching

Materials selected based on the functional requirements of different components: The rotor of the drive motor uses high-magnetic energy product neodymium iron boron permanent magnets, the stacking coefficient of the stator silicon steel sheet reaches 97%; transmission gears are made of 20CrMnTi carburizing quenching treatment, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC60-62; structural connection parts are made of aviation-grade titanium alloy ormagnesium-aluminum alloy, ensuring a tensile strength of ≥500MPa while achieving more than 30% weight reduction, meeting the balance requirements of robot power energy consumption.

Micro-level precision, more accurate motion control

The processing accuracy of the core components is controlled at the micro level: the tooth circle tooth pitch error of the harmonic reducer is ≤0.003mm, the repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.01mm; the parallelism error of the linear guide is ≤0.005mm/m, the fluctuation amount of the running resistance is less than 5%.
