There Is No Force Measuring Device On The Inside Diameter Micrometer, The Measurement Of Pressure Depends Entirely On The Feeling Of The Hand.

Measuring Range (Mm): 6-8, 8-10, 10-12, 11-14, 14-17, 17-20, 20-25, 25-30, 30-35, 35-40, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, 70-80, 80-90, 90-100. The Zero Position Of The Three-Jaw Internal Micrometer Must Be Calibrated In The Standard Hole.


The Working Principle Of The Three-Jaw Internal Micrometer Is That The Three-Jaw Internal Micrometer With A Measuring Range Of 11 To 14 Mm, When The Force Measuring Device 6 Is Rotated Clockwise, The Micrometer Screw 3 Is Driven To Rotate Move Along The Spiral Line Direction Of The Threaded Sleeve 4, So That The Square Conical Thread At The End Of The Micrometer Screw Pushes The Three Measuring Claws 1 To Move Radially. That Is, When The Force Measuring Device Rotates Clockwise For One Circle, The Measuring Claw 1 Moves Outward (Radial Direction) 0.25mm, The Diameter Of The Circle Formed By The Three Measuring Claws Increases By 0.5mm. That Is, When The Differential Cylinder Rotates For One Circle, The Measuring Diameter Increases By 0.5mm, There Are 100 Equally Divided Grids Engraved On The Circumference Of The Differential Cylinder, So Its Reading Value Is 0.5mm÷100=0.005mm.


5. Normal Length Micrometer For Precision Machining Plants


Normal Length Micrometer. It Is Mainly Used To Measure The Normal Lengths Of Two Different Tooth Surfaces Of External Meshing Cylindrical Gears. It Can Also Be Used To Check The Original Dimensions Of The Gear Being Cut According To The Normal Line When Checking The Accuracy Of The Gear Cutting Machine. Its Structure Is The Same As That Of The Outside Diameter Micrometer, Except That Two Measuring Pliers With Precise Planes (Measuring Surfaces) Are Installed On The Measuring Surface To Replace The Original Anvil Surface.

6. Wall Thickness Micrometer

The Zero Position Of The Depth Micrometer Can Be Calibrated On A Precision Plane.
